We will help ensure your business is operating in a safe and compliant manner
Food Safety is rightly an essential fundamental of your business – and a legal requirement.
It’s simple. If you want your business to succeed, the food you produce or serve must be safe to consume and your premises must be safe and clean.
The welfare of your customers and your staff is at risk, not to mention your reputation and your whole business. A food safety management system is key to ensuring you comply with current HACCP requirements.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
HACCP is a formal system that helps you identify potential food hazards and introduce procedures to make sure those hazards are removed or reduced to an acceptable level. It’s a legal requirement for a food business to put in place HACCP system.

Tailored made online course for all food businesses.
Food businesses must, by law, ensure that all staff have received the appropriate level of safety and hygiene training commensurate with their role and risk.
It is a useful induction or refresher training programme for those undertaking work-experience in a food business, and for anyone with a keen interest in learning more about the basic principles of food safety and hygiene.
The course will typically take 2 to 3 hours to complete, however as this food safety training is hosted online, learners can complete each module at a time and pace to suit them.
There are no prerequisites to study this course, though a basic understanding of principles of food safety will be beneficial.
Test and Certification
The course is assessed by multiple-choice questions at the end of the course. Learners must score 100% in order to pass.
If the learner does not achieve 100% first time, they will be taken back to review the module with which they have struggled. They can then retry the multiple-choice questions as many times as necessary to pass the course.
You will receive an electronic copy of your certificate immediately on completion of the course. This certificate may be printed and used as evidence that you have been trained in food hygiene to the appropriate level.
This course features a full audio voiceover, a glossary of terms and a transcript for users that are hard of hearing.
